Life Together: The DIOMASS Intern Program

During 2010, we provided a second year of funding to Life Together to assist with their engagement of 20 young adults in a program of spiritual formation and leadership development focused on mission. The Micah Project and the Relational Evangelism Pilot, two young adult internships, have combined resources to create Life Together. They both provide 11-month faith-based internships for 18-35 year-olds to serve in social justice-based internships or as relational evangelists organizing other young adults to find their place for God’s dream in this world. In addition to providing funding we have collaborated with the Director of the program on curriculum planning, strategized with the interns as they prepare to work out in the community, and also participated in the interview and planning process for next year’s program.
