Lucena DaleyLucena Daley
Financial Manager

Lucena Daley has been employed by ECM since February 1982. Lucena manages day to day Finances of ECM and bookkeeping for the Pelham Fund for Economic Justice. She coordinates Easter and Christmas Appeals, ECM Annual Meeting and certain other Administrative tasks including staff benefits.

Elizabeth GreenElizabeth Green
Interim Director for Public Policy

Elizabeth Green will be serving as Interim Director of Public Policy until August 2007. Originally from the Boston area, Elizabeth attended Wheaton College in Illinois and for the past two years worked in public policy and advocacy with the Call to Renewal/Sojourners community in Washington, D.C. She is thrilled to be back in New England and is looking forward to getting to know the advocacy and faith communities here.

Charles WibiralskeCharles Wibiralske
Associate Director for Economic and Community Development

Charles Wibiralske is the manager of ECM’s Affordable Housing and Parish-based Economic Development programs and the Pelham Fund for Economic Justice. Charles and his family live in Jamaica Plain, Boston and he is a member of Trinity Church, Boston. He is also a board member of Action For Community Development, Inc., New England’s largest independent, non-profit human services agency, with a budget over $100 million.
