Mission: ECM builds relationships and collective power across the commonwealth for racial and economic justice as the expression of God’s transforming love. We do this by developing, convening, mobilizing, and funding prophetic leaders in Episcopal communities, grassroots organizations and faith-rooted organizations.
We are hiring for the following positions:
Director of Philanthropy, Learning and Evaluation
The Director of Philanthropy and Learning will report to the Executive Director and will work collaboratively with ECM Staff, Board, Grant Committees, grantees, and philanthropic partners.
Their primary areas of responsibility will be to:
- Create a learning agenda that guides our strategic work and organizational culture.
- Align our grantmaking with organizational values and strategy and support the development of new funds and grantmaking programs aligned with our strategy.
- Develop process and practice for organizational measurement and evaluation.
- Deepen existing and establish new relationships across a broad network of grassroots, philanthropic and faith-rooted justice organizations in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Click here for a full job description
Communications and Events Specialist
The Communications and Events Specialist will work in partnership with the Director of Programs and Engagement and Operations Team to develop and implement strong strategic communications and to execute mission-aligned events. Click here for a full job description
ECM is looking to hire a Community Organizer who is deeply committed to engaging people of faith in the work of justice. The Community Organizer will organize our leadership base across Episcopal communities in Massachusetts to take justice-based action with our grass-roots and faith-rooted partners engaged in social movements.
